construction companies, industrial plants) and resellers (repair shops,
marinas, tank truck fabricators, parts distributors) as well as OEM dealers
(light and heavy duty truck dealers, farm machinery dealers, construction
equipment dealers, forklift dealers).

Diesel Engine Components – The
optimal way to order to ensure the best fit to your application is to tell us
the part number that’s on the component label or stamped on the component
you wish to replace. Don’t know where to locate the number on the unit?
Call us - our experienced sales staff will walk you through the process of
identifying the unit. If the component is not clearly identifiable, then supply
us with application information such as equipment year, model and VIN number or
engine model and serial number.
Performance Engine Products –
If you have access to the manufacturer’s catalog, you can select the
performance accessories you want and order by part number. If you need help
selecting the right components for your application, our performance
specialists will help you find the solution you’re looking for.
Tank Truck Equipment &
Industrial Products – Whether you are buying a replacement unit
or outfitting a new system, our Applications Engineers are ready to review the
application with you and help you spec the proper equipment. Equipment
manufacturers are constantly adding options and new models of machines. We are
up-to-date on these product upgrades and new releases.
Hose & Couplings – Ordering
by part number is great. Not sure of the number? Our staff is trained to ask
you the pertinent questions to ensure you receive the correct coupler, adapter,
hose or properly made hose assembly. If your hose assemblies are failing
prematurely, don’t order another without reviewing the application. Refer
to the explanation of S.T.A.M.P.E.D. in our
Hose section for more information on assessing the hose and its work
requirements.

Delivery
We have six locations to serve you. In addition to a full-service counter at
every location, D&W offers a variety of delivery options for getting your
order to you when you need it.

Route Sales Staff – Our staff of approximately 25 sales representatives
drive pickup trucks and are on the road every day to visit customers within a
125 mile radius of each branch location. Depending on your needs, our staff can
pick up products for repair, deliver units, and pick up cores at no charge.
This service should be arranged through the D&W branch in your area.

Free Local Pick Up and Delivery Service – Daily
pick up and delivery is available for areas in close proximity
to Worcester, MA, Cleveland, OH, and Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse,
and Auburn, NY. For more details please call your local D&W.

UPS – All locations ship via UPS every day. We can ship regular, blue (2
day) or red (next day) depending on your needs.

Common Carrier – For pallets of product and items too heavy or bulky for
UPS such as large hose lengths and blowers, we ship daily via a variety of
common carriers.
When placing your order, please tell our staff if you have
special delivery needs.
Installation
Our installation technicians can install our
products on your equipment at many of our locations. To schedule
an appointment, contact the D&W location in your area.
Payment Options
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Commercial customers may apply
for an open account. To apply for a commercial account contact our branches to
request a Credit Application.
