We are proud to have two of the thirteen Bosch Master Technicians in the USA as leaders in our Diesel Fuel area. We have ten Boston CCHD Certified Hose Technicians on staff. All our technicians receive factory and/or company training in their product specialties. Our sales staff participates in regular product and application training seminars, and many have attended factory-sponsored schools. Our in-house products are built according to strict standard operating procedures and tested to ensure they meet or exceed industry standards.

• Alternators are performance load tested to meet OEM specifications.
• Starters are tested to OEM specifications checking no load amp draw and pinion clearances.
• Diesel fuel injection pumps are calibrated to manufacturer specifications.
• Injectors are tested for the correct opening pressure, atomization, spray pattern and leakage.
• Turbochargers have all rotating components (compressor wheels, turbine wheels & shafts) balanced.
• Steering gears are tested at full rated pressure and flow, checked for internal and external leakage, and smooth operation from no load to full load.
• DC motors are tested to strict specifications checking no load amp draw and RPMs.
• Hoses are assembled according to manufacturer specifications and can be pressure tested on our hydrostatic test bed.
• Blowers are remanufactured to strict specifications and can be dynamically load tested on our frequency controlled blower test stand.
