Part Number Identification
If you don’t have a specific part number for the component you’re looking for, our knowledgeable sales staff can find it for you. We can identify many parts based on engine model or equipment make and model. Our computer system recognizes many OEM numbering systems including Mack, Cummins, Detroit, John Deere, Cat, and more.
Product Recommendations/Applications
If you are not sure what you need, our staff can help you select the right product for your application. Our staff has years of experience and extensive product training to help you. Products today are highly specialized, changing constantly, and just too expensive to guess which product is the one for your application.
Customer-Friendly Core Policy
We strive to make the core return process simple and flexible. Our route sales representatives can pick up cores to save you the cost and hassle of shipping them and help get your credit back quickly. For most products, return of the original package is not required to received core credit.
Assistance with Inventory
& Core Management
Our sales representatives can assist regular customers with inventory and core tracking. If you choose, our representatives can deliver products directly to your shelves. Our reps can also work with you to track your open core entitlements to help you get your core returns completed in a timely manner.

Technical Counseling/
Troubleshooting Advice
Whether you are diagnosing a problematic system or installing a new unit, our staff can provide technical advice to make the process easier. Our knowledgeable counter staff can answer many questions immediately, and we make our technicians available to you if a greater level of technical expertise is required.
Unit Configuration When you send a unit in for repair or replacement, D&W will make sure the exchange or repaired unit has the appropriate orientation and customer-owned attachments (pulleys, brackets, fittings, levers, etc.) installed. This service is not available at most parts houses and it saves you time, hassles, and money.
Mounting Hardware and Gaskets Our units are sold “fully dressed”. They have most necessary installation hardware and accessories in the package to make installation as straightforward as possible.
Customer Training Seminars

From time to time, we offer technical training seminars for our customers. Past seminars have included:

  • Troubleshooting Starting and Charging Systems
  • Identifying and Troubleshooting Steering Systems
  • Diagnosing and Repairing Diesel Fuel Systems
  • How to Operate Tank Truck Vacuum Systems
  • Emissions Testing

Seminars can take place at our location or yours, and should be arranged thorugh the D&W location nearest you.

Warranty Administration We offer thorough warranty service for D&W and original equipment products, from diagnosis to removal and replacement to paperwork processing. When a failed unit is covered by warranty, our staff can help you through the process.
