D&W Diesel is involved in cranking and charging systems for
a wide range of internal combustion engines. Although we have access to
passenger car and compact pickup truck starters and alternators, our focus is
on diesel powered applications. Diesel engines are used in trucks, buses,
construction, agriculture, rail, material handling (like forklifts) and other
industrial applications. We also service a number of non-diesel niche markets
such as recreational and commercial marine, lawn & garden, and antique
equipment, both foreign and domestic.
We have over 25 years of experience remanufacturing starters
and alternators of all makes, foreign and domestic, for gas and diesel engines.
Our 17 full-time technicians follow strict standard operating procedures to
ensure consistent high quality. D&W stocks thousands of off-the-shelf
exchange units to meet your fast turnaround requirements. Our staff
will readily custom remanufacture or perform custom
repair services to your unit. With our drive-in
services, we can troubleshoot your existing charging system, make any
