• experienced people to give you technical support in identifying the units and troubleshooting your steering system

We have sophisticated power steering test benches for testing gears and pumps under full restriction. This full load test evaluates the gear’s performance, internal and external leakage, proper torque output and its responsiveness to “panic turn” situations. Before you receive the gearbox, we know it will function properly.

We work on all makes of gears and pumps: Bendix, Ford, Eaton, Luk, Saginaw, Sheppard, TRW/Ross, Vickers, and ZF. We can supply you with the units you need to get back on the road again.

We also offer a complete line of steering assist cylinders at reasonable prices.

Troubleshooting can be challenging. Ask us about our TC-2001 hydraulic flow test kit. This test loop is a valuable tool for testing the gallons per minute flow and pressure of your hydraulic steering system, and setting the poppet valves.
