Hitachi

Hitachi was founded in 1910 in Japan and has become a top original equipment supplier to the some of the largest automotive manufacturers. Hitachi first entered the United States market in 1926; they officially started operations in 1959. In 2021 Hitachi Astemo formed when Hitachi Automotive Systems merged with Keihin, SHOWA and Nissin Kogyo.
