Orders received prior to 4:00pm EST are shipped same day for in stock items. Business days are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

Taxes and Tariffs

We are required by law to collect sales tax in states where we have nexus. For shipments outside of the United States, all tariffs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and RGAs

D&W appreciates you shopping with us and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) on all returned products. For non-warranty returns, click here to use the online self-service portal or call Customer Service at 800-824-0151 to begin the RGA process. Upon calling, please have your order number and the part number ready so we can solve your problem quickly. Returns will be not be accepted without an RGA number. See our Returns and Refunds policy here for more information. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and freight collect returns will not be accepted.

Core Returns

Some units on our website include a refundable core deposit. To return your core to D&W for credit, please call us at 800.824.0151 and our customer service department will provide instructions. You have 90 days from date of purchase to return your core for credit; cores received after 90 days will not receive credit. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and freight collect core returns will not be accepted.

Cores must be "like for like" which means part number for part number and returned in the same box that your new unit arrived in. Cores must be complete, without previous disassembly. Cores must not be damaged by non-operational causes, such as torch or tool marks, water damage or fire damage.
